CS: How were you introduced to Total Gym, and why did you decide to partner with them?
GC: I met Jesse Campanaro, the CEO of Total Gym, through a colleague of mine when he came to visit East Bank Club and immediately was impressed with his passion for the Total Gym product line. We spent some time together at SIBEC the following year and have been friends ever since. CS: What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?

There are many benefits to our business but the overall one is that trainers have a renewed energy and excitement over this new line. They are coming up with many creative ways to use the equipment and it is showing in the results that they are getting with their clients.
CS: What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?
GC: Bodyweight training is something everyone can have success with and the Elevate Circuit allows for just that. It provides multiple exercises and intensities within one machine with a simple adjustment. I have a client that told me she has never been able to do a pull-up. We started working on the Total Gym Pull-Up Trainer and she has now advanced to the highest angle and we are well on our way to her first real pull-up. The Elevate Circuit has opened the doors for many of our members to be able to do movements that they never thought they could do.
CS: Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with Total Gym in any way?
GC: Yes. Everyone at Total Gym is a true pleasure to work with. They have gone out of their way to keep in touch with us and make sure we have all the tools we need to be successful. Just when I thought I had figured out everything there was to do on each piece, I discover there are countless more exercises to try.
