Being able to easily communicate with your staff in real time is important. But, this can be difficult when you have a large facility.

Franciscan Omni Health & Fitness has served Northwest Indiana and the south Chicagoland communities for more than 40 years through two facilities, each substantial in size. To ensure swift communication, the facilities purchased fitness club two-way radios through TechWholesale.com.

Here, James Saunders of Franciscan Omni Health & Fitness explained why they went this route for communication.

CS: What specific TechWholesale.com product do you use?

JS: The Motorola DTR 410, which are two-way radios we use in our health club.

CS: How were you introduced to TechWholesale.com and why did you decide to use their product?

JS: We discovered them via an internet search, and decided on them based on price and availability.

CS: What are the benefits of their product to your business?

JS: [Easy] communication to staff members. We are a larger health club and using the radio to communicate rather than an overhead page is less disruptive to our members.

CS: What else can you tell club owners about the benefits of TechWholesale.com and their product?

JS: We use our radios for normal communication and emergency communication. We currently have 10 radios.
