BollyX: A Brand to Grow Your Schedule and Instructors

Launching a new Group X program can be difficult — there is marketing and fitting the program onto your scheduled involved, in addition to the training of instructors.

Kim Funk, the director of fitness programming for Texas Family Fitness, recently explained how BollyX, the Bollywood Workout, was implemented at her facility, and how the BollyX team made the process a breeze.

CS: How were you introduced to BollyX and why did you decide to partner with them?  

KF: Meredith Higgins from BollyX reached out to me regarding hosting a master class. It was the perfect opportunity to introduce a new format to our member base, so I went for it.

CS: What are the benefits to your business?  

KF: The BollyX team has been an incredible support to our program. We have frequent BollyX tours, format trainings and the ability for master trainers to give me feedback on instructors. This takes off some of the pressure of launching a new program.

CS: What do your members love about BollyX?   

KF: Our members love being a part of the brand. They are thrilled when a tour comes through Dallas and enjoy the energy it brings to our clubs.

CS: Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with BollyX in any way?

KF: Yes. I truly can’t believe the amount of support BollyX provides the instructors and me. They do not just certify and send them on their way — they continue to educate and develop the instructors.
