In an effort to help trainers enhance group workouts, MCore Functional Training Systems is introducing a new model called the Multi-Station to its functional equipment line. This revolutionary design allows for 1-8 people to workout at the same time using dumbbells, bands and battle ropes.

The Multi-Station can be configured to fit any type of workout and is compatible with all of the attachments in MCore’s product line. Up to four attachments can fit on the Multi-Station at once. This new introduction from MCore is ideal for circuit-style workouts, small group training, personal training and group classes. The Multi-Station model is an incredible value in comparison to similar products on the market today.

“We wanted to help gyms and personal trainers take their group training to the next level by saving space without sacrificing quality,” said Todd Gates, MCore Founder and President.

MCoreAlthough the Multi-Station can accommodate up to 8 people working out at once, it does not take up much physical space. The dimensions are 75” x 54” and the base legs have welded steel anchoring points on all 4 legs for band attachments and battle ropes. Additionally, there are four horizontal handles (one welded on each leg) for attachments. The top can be arranged any way you want, using a seat pad, Bosu attachment, dip bar, roller pad or Plyo top.

MCore exercise equipment, used by professional athletes, coaches, trainers, health and fitness clubs and even at-home users, is the most versatile free-weight circuit station in the industry.

MCore is at the forefront of functional, space saving equipment, which accommodates all types of users regardless of height or size.  To learn more about MCore, please visit MCoreFTS.com.
