Below is a Q&A with Shane Doughman, the personal training director at La Crosse Wellness Center, about the benefits of partnering with KORR:

Why did you decide to partner with KORR?

Which of KORR’s products do you offer?

SD: We use KORR’s MetaCheck assessments as a huge part of our Nutrition and Metabolism program, and we use KORR’s CardioCoach assessments as a part of both personalized Metabolic Conditioning programs with the CardioCoach app and in conjunction with small group training classes where heart rate zones are displayed on TVs in our studio.

What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?

SD: In slower summer months, we are now averaging $1,000 extra revenue between assessments and associated heart rate strap sales. More exciting, CardioCoach assessments have been the root of what is now a reciprocating small group training business. With June being the first “introduction” month, and a big launch planned in September, we are expecting a nice boost to our recurring monthly revenues. The possibilities are endless when our nutrition program also takes on a re-launch in September with our biannual six-week challenge.

What are the benefits to your members as a result of KORR’s assessments?

SD: We are seeing more success stories, more consistent class participation and higher client retention rates.

Have would you describe KORR’s customer service?

SD: The customer service from KORR has been wonderful. And not just the sale and setup process, but even still today. I get questions answered the same day, I received a package of goodies after providing brief feedback of my experience thus far, and I know that KORR only has improvements on the way.
