Accuro is Second to None at Sports Core

Heart rate training is becoming an essential component of member engagement in many health clubs, and Accuro is an innovator in heart rate tracking technology, and data management and analysis.

Here, Jacob Frias, the fitness manager at Sports Core Health and Racquet Club, talks about the continued benefits of partnering with Accuro and how they’ve taken Sports Core’s workouts to the next level:

CS: How were you introduced to Accuro and why did you decide to partner with them?

JF: At IHRSA 2018, I had my first experience with AccuroFit. After choosing the product, I was sold on it by the genuineness of the company and price point for quality.

CS: How have they helped enhance your fitness offerings?

JF: They have allowed us to offer a new class we call “Code Red,” which is a high intensity program that allows members to see calories and exertion on a screen while they’re working out.

CS: What do your members like about Accuro?

JF: What our members love the most is the accountability of the programs and the emails they get after their workouts.

CS: How would you describe Accuro’s customer service?

JF: They’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we have. Their service is five-star and second to none.

CS: Why should other club operators consider working with Accuro?

JF: The customer service and quality is by far the best I have experienced within the fitness industry.
