Each year, fitness professionals from around the global gather together for the annual BASH for Augie’s Quest.

Founded by Augie and Lynne Nieto, Augie’s Quest to Cure ALS is a nonprofit committed to finding treatments and cures for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

This year, the celebration is occurring once again in San Diego on March 15, coinciding with the annual IHRSA Convention & Trade Show. Fitness professionals are invited to attend the BASH, as an opportunity to come together and celebrate advancements in ALS research and support future endeavors.

“The fitness industry is uniquely positioned to join us in our quest,” said Augie Nieto, in a statement. “ALS is not incurable; it is only underfunded, and with our industry partners we can advance effective treatments and one day find a cure for ALS.”

Last year’s BASH raised a total of $6,068,273. And recently, Augie’s Quest surpassed total fundraising of more than $65 million in support of ALS research.

This year’s BASH will be emcee’d by Loretta Bates, an international Zumba education specialist. Entertainment will be provided by world-renowned vocalist Sheléa, and comedian Preacher Lawson.

You can join the quest to end ALS at the 14th annual BASH by visiting augiesquest.org/bash.

Stay ahead in the fitness industry with exclusive updates!

I currently know someone with ALS
I dated someone who passed many years ago with ALS
    ALSO
Had a business partner who pasted with ALS
So I understand the heart break each one of these people went though along with myself ! We raise so much money for research & yet we are still dealing with this horrible disease !
