How TRX Delivers a Results-Oriented Experience at LivRite Fitness

Equipment and technology are essential for continued growth and member engagement at health clubs. TRX provides clubs with the latest functional training equipment, group training programming (MBody), trainer education, spacial design and equipment buildout (TRX Studio Line), and an exceptional experience that members will keep coming back to.

Here, Greg Lymberopoulos, the president LivRite Fitness (with five locations), shares why his club partnered with TRX and how they’ve been instrumental in the brand’s success:

How long have you been a customer of TRX? 

GL: LivRite Fitness has been a customer with TRX for quite some time, but until recently, we were only using their straps. LivRite is currently expanding and building a new 40,000-square-foot location in Fishers, Indiana, scheduled to open in September 2019. Our relationship with TRX is also expanding. We are excited to be a site for their new MBody program, as well as offering our members their double bridge with multiple accessories. We loved working with their design team to create a results-oriented experience that will be unique to LivRite members. We shared our vision and they helped create it.

How were you introduced to TRX, and why did you decide to work with them?

GL: We met their team at the 2019 IHRSA trade show. Their display and vibe drew us in, and we immediately loved the product. It was one of those moments where we thought, “We need to get this into our new club.” The design was what drew us in, but the function and role their MBody program would play in our club was what sold us. We’ve been looking to grow our small group training program, and MBody allows us to be able to do that while providing a consistent member experience.

What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?

GL: First and foremost, the TRX equipment and MBody programming will provide a results-oriented experience to our members, and happy members are good for business. We believe the education component being provided by TRX to our staff will propel the success of our members and the program. We will use this for onboarding new members, personal training and paid small group training. TRX has an incredible brand and action-provoking marketing. We believe having them as a partner makes the LivRite brand even stronger.

What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?

GL: Our team is learning so much through this partnership and that knowledge is a direct line to our members. Based on the members’ goals, our team can use the knowledge and equipment to show them more ways to achieve their goals. Strength, balance, flexibility and coordination can all be life-changing benefits.

Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with TRX in any way?

GL: Of course. They are an important partner in our vision to help people. They are prompt in responses and have given us extra mile care.

What else can you tell other club owners about the benefits of working with TRX?

GL: We’ve really enjoyed working with the people at TRX. They have taken time to help us, listen to us, and find a way to make our vision a reality at LivRite.
