WA: Our controller, Adam Galey, had past experience with Paramount Acceptance. He knew we needed a company that would treat us as if we were their only client.

What do your staff love most about Paramount Acceptance?

WA: The reporting — it is easily customizable and incredibly accurate. The ability to drill down from company level data to the individual member makes it easy to track down pertinent information.

Why is it so important to have a great billing and collections partner?

WA: We work hard for our members, and making sure we are not losing them on the backend is crucial to success. Paramount Acceptance has their roots in billing and collections, and partnering with them allows us to focus on what really matters, which is serving our members and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

WA: We feel like they are a member of the team alongside us. They care about our needs and make every effort to help us achieve our objectives.
