What has been your experience using the Club OS text marketing solution?

DB: The text marketing solution has been a game-changer for Gold’s Gym. Our rep with Club OS was very helpful in providing best practices on creating the message. Text marketing has helped reach a large number of leads with a single text and identify hot leads. The message section on the dashboard immediately shows their reply, which allows us to contact the prospect quickly.

What does your sales team like most about Club OS?

DB: There are so many advantages, including tracking messaging, staying on top of the follow-up process, and capturing leads from several resources. It is also an easy system for managers to use for accountability and training.

Can you describe the support you’ve received from the Club OS account management team?

DB: The Club OS account management team is truly a team. They immediately respond, whether it’s to provide a solution to a request or issue, or provide an update on the status of the request. They are very thorough in following through with any open tickets until they’re resolved. I also appreciate their monthly emails that provide marketing or sales tips. Our rep even took the time to look at our account to see where we were spending our dollars, and provided advice on how to better allocate those dollars.
