What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?

Given we were new to the fitness industry when we started the company, we were eager to learn as much as we could about the industry’s best practices and trends. ABC was and is the main player in the fitness billing and software space, and has a great culture. Their level of service and support was crucial to our decision to go with them as a partner. ABC has been a great partner as they have shared best practices, connected us with other operators and made suggestions for certain third party vendors we should look into that could help our business and operation. What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?

Our members have benefitted from the ABC relationship by having a billing partner that is stable and consistent. We rarely have experienced a negative billing issue where members were being charged incorrectly, etc. Because of ABC’s reliability, we’ve been able to gain trust from our members, which leads to a great experience. Additionally, our members have easy access to join and manage their account due to the features available from ABC.
