The Planet Fitness Kueber Group was looking for a one-stop-shop for all of their club operational needs.

Mark Nelson, the president of operations, said they were specifically looking for:

Here, Nelson shares how Woven’s software checked all of the boxes for Planet Fitness Kueber Group and why other facilities should consider working with them.

What features of Woven’s software have provided the most benefits to your facility?

The features that are beneficial to our facility are the great custom auditing for our group with topics able to be added, edited or deleted at will. Additionally, great ability for operations to have pictures in the audits and analytic results from previous audits to detect trends, issues and opportunities. Lastly, reporting for asset and equipment maintenance is an incredible benefit. 

Why is it so important to have such a reliable workplace management platform like Woven?

It was our desire to have an efficient system that would provide reporting/data on equipment maintenance issues to ensure we have the ability to fix issues that arise faster than ever before.  Communication from the field to maintenance is now incredible and equipment “downtime” is minimized.

How would you describe Woven’s customer service?

Exceptional. Woven works hard to customize its systems for its customers. From custom audit, scheduling, communication tools, reporting, etc., they have been exceptional for us.   

Why should other community rec professionals consider working with Woven?

Streamlining communications and ensuring the data from the clubs to our operation leaders and maintenance leaders is one of the main reasons. The ability to have many different audits on a smartphone device has helped quality dramatically. Having a maintenance audit, operations audit, Human Resources audit, etc. is simply a wonderful system for decision makers.
