Keith Knox, the manager of Parkside Fitness, has been a client with Jonas Fitness since 2004 when the CMS was named Aphelion.

How has Jonas Fitness helped improve your facility’s daily operations?

Agreement sales and renewals, POS, member management, and check-in are all easy to learn and use. They have many time-saving functions for our staff so they can focus more on taking care of our members. The ability to scan driver’s license and credit/debit card information, as well as product bar codes and member access cards, speed up processes for all parties. The robust reporting and comprehensive billing modules make the back office a powerful tool for running our day-to-day business operations.

Why is it important to have a great CMS partner like Jonas Fitness?

Knowing we have partnered with a leader in the fitness industry that provides prompt, accurate and courteous customer support, high-quality account representative assistance, and constant enhancements and improvements to a top-notch product in Compete gives us a sense of security and confidence now and into the future. How would you rate Jonas Fitness’ customer service and support?

The customer support that we receive is second to none. First and foremost, the service is done with in-house employees who know and understand the software. We’re not being transferred to an outside call center and speaking with someone who’s not well versed in Compete. Having access via email, phone and remote connection through Webex to experienced customer support creates a peace of mind. If a problem occurs, we will have a solution in a very short amount of time.
