Earn Your Stripes (EYS), the military-inspired boutique fitness brand, announced the signing of a franchise agreement to open a new studio in Orlando’s Baldwin Park area. The location will be led by franchisee Carlos Cidre and is targeted to open in Fall 2026, with founding-member presales now open.
Since opening its first studio in Oceanport, New Jersey, and its flagship location in Lakeland, EYS has built a fast-growing, engaged community drawn to its team-based, mission-driven format. The brand’s blend of structured group training, a values-led culture built on commitment, pride, respect and toughness, and a gamified progression system has resonated with members across every fitness level, helping position EYS for expansion into new markets.

Cidre is an entrepreneur with experience in enterprise software, healthcare and food and beverage. He is the founder and president of Seamless, a Florida-based business technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise software, business intelligence and digital transformation, and previously held leadership roles in Puerto Rico’s healthcare sector and with Los Cidrines, one of the island’s most recognized bakery and retail brands.
