On Sept. 3-5 the Rush Fitness Complex based in Knoxville, Tenn., celebrates the grand opening of their newest facility in Winston-Salem, N.C. This is their 20th location. Local area businesses will be providing food, door prizes, music, balloons, free tours and the chance to win a free one-year Rush membership for all who attend. The new facility will be located at 159 Jonestown Rd. and will employ over 50 full and part-time staff.
The Rush Fitness Complex offers a different approach to fitness by merging exercise with entertainment. The Rush combines a wide variety of services to its members. Such services include: a rock-climbing wall, oxygen bars and the Tornado Tube™ (an air-blast chamber designed to cool-off heated exercisers). Members can utilize the state-of-the-art exercise equipment and partake in group exercise programs.
