Here’s a short and simple tip to increase your retention and over all impact on your club and it’s community:

Every employee, trainer, ower or otherwise should perform five random acts of kindness every day for your membership base.  They could be as simple as opening a car door, helping rack some weights or talking to a member about their day.  Just make sure to hold your staff accountable.

PS: Another simple, helpful tip is that every staff member must intruduce him or herself to three members per day.  That means, phyically walking up to a member, shaking their hand and giving them their first name, last name and position.  You will be blown away at how many members you and your staff don’t know and how many of your members don’t know your staff.
