Greeting Your Members


How many members did you, or your manager, say hi to today? I’ve been to clubs for almost an hour or two before, and not once seen a manager or owner greeting the members, or on the floor asking members how their workout is going. Members like to be acknowledged and that is key with today’s competition. If you don’t take interest in your members, someone else will. Make it a habit to spend at least 10 minutes of every hour at the front desk or just taking a stroll around the club, talking to members.
