Star Trac was honored with the prestigious Steve Block Vendor of the Year Award at the canfitpro International Fitness and Club Business Conference and Trade Show, the largest annual event serving fitness professionals in Canada, on August 9, 2014 in Toronto, Canada.
A long-time partner and sponsor of canfitpro, Star Trac founder Michael Bruno, was at the event to accept the award.
“I have had the opportunity to build many powerful relationships in this wonderful industry, and David Patchell-Evans is certainly one of them,” explained Bruno. “Relationships turn into friendships that will last a lifetime, and Patch along with Mark Smith and Tony de Leede have been a big part of our journey. These gentlemen will be friends for life.”
As part of the company’s ongoing effort to foster relationships with customers and the fitness industry, Star Trac placed a particular emphasis on improving its commitment to canfitpro and the Goodlife Fitness clubs throughout Canada, providing comprehensive fitness solutions, innovative new fitness products and programs, and high-quality, customer-focused service and support.
“We had a commitment to each of the gentlemen to improve quality and service and to become the easiest company to do business with; and, in exchange for that commitment, these gentlemen entrusted us with orders,” said Bruno. “They are, and always have been, part of our growth and success. I am so proud to accept the Steve Block Vendor of the Year Award from my good friend Patch, and I look forward to a long relationship and friendship with this fine gentleman and his outstanding organization.”
