Fitness Clubs Benefit From Greater Financial Insight With New Reporting Tool

In 2015, Affiliated Acceptance Corp. (AAC) launched its new cloud-based software platform, ityCity, powered by FrontDesk™. ityCity brings the functionality and ease of use of FrontDesk to the cloud.

AAC’s clients want simplicity and usefulness

As part of the new ityCity cloud-based software, AAC integrated a business intelligence platform to provide unparalleled access to data and reporting. The business intelligence platform gives fitness owners and managers the power to create reports that make sense to them and their business.

Improved data insights means better business decisions. Using a business intelligence platform enables AAC to provide reporting tools that make it easy to create customized reports, giving fitness owners more flexibility and control of their financial data.

AAC reduces back office headaches

AAC reduces back office headaches felt by fitness facilities and independent family operations by providing payment processing, full service billing and software. As put by Alan Downey, CEO and President of AAC, “We take care of the back office, so our clients can focus on what they do best.” AAC enables facility owners and operators to enjoy doing what they do best, while they take care of what they do best: payments, customer questions and issues and contract management.

More than just payment processing

AAC’s dedicated call center handles customer concerns on behalf of the fitness facility. Acting as an extension of the facility, the AAC teams learn the client’s business and work with the client’s customers. AAC takes care of managing the challenges of ensuring payments are processed, credit cards are updated, and chargebacks and overdue accounts are resolved. By resolving collection issues quickly, AAC helps keep more money in the client’s pocket.

Alan feels each of their clients can be recognized by an entrepreneurial spirit. He says, “AAC support staff and software services provide clients with added value beyond just payment processing.”
