Connectivity and instant access are expectations of the modern consumer. How can you ensure that your group fitness program meets the diverse demands of your users? Virtual group fitness is a great solution.
Here, Andrea Rodriguez of Gold’s Gym shares why they partnered with Fitness On Demand for virtual group fitness, and the resulting benefits.
CS: What prompted you to invest in virtual group fitness through Fitness On Demand?
AR: We invested in the virtual group through Fitness On Demand to enhance our current live instructor aerobic program. We now have the ability to offer, at our fingertips, over 100 classes with an enormous variety with every taste and fitness level available.
CS: What are the benefits to your business as a result of this investment?
AR: The benefits to our business have been well worth the investment. Customers love the variety of classes and the array of instructors. One of the biggest benefits is that it is something unique and different to this area and customers are blown away when they see it.
CS: What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?
AR: I have been very pleased with Fitness On Demand. The workouts are excellent and the instructors are great. It really makes you feel as if they are talking to you personally and pushing you through the workouts.
CS: Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with Fitness On Demand in any way?
AR: Fitness On Demand sells itself. As soon as customers see it, they say “Wow.” Its as simple as that! They stand in line outside the door waiting for someone to finish. I love to see groups of six to 10 people taking a class and really working together through the exercises.
CS: How are you leveraging Fitness On Demand in your facility to engage more members?
AR: Fitness On Demand is an asset to any health club —the service and staff have been excellent. Personally, I have solely used Fitness On Demand to do all my workouts. I love the Pilates series and have gained phenomenal results by doing the classes four times per week.
