When Powell Wellness Center (PWC) recognized the need for an improvement in operations, implementing a new CMS was the obvious solution. Eric Good, the director of PWC, said they were looking for a software that could help members be more independent and relieve staff of certain responsibilities. The club’s partnership with Jonas Fitness has done that and more.

“A CMS like Jonas Fitness that helps make customer service in our clubs easier and better is exactly what we needed, especially with staff who have so many duties,” said Good.

Why did you decide to partner with Jonas Fitness?

We decided to partner with Jonas in order to improve the efficiency of operations and online sales. We wanted to improve technology support and implement a simple operating system for both our staff and members. 

How has Jonas Fitness helped your club improve its daily operations?

It has improved our operations on two critical points.

1. It improved how we serve our customers through a quick and easy operating system helping with check-ins, cafe or pro-shop sales, memberships, and swim lessons.

2. It improved the ability for customers to make a purchase no matter if they’re at work, home or in the club, and access their account and records at any time freeing up our staff.

You’ll have someone you can trust when a problem arises where tech support is needed, and you know the problem will be solved. Also, they’re a listening ear on new ideas that could improve operations on the ground.
