CS: How were you introduced to Hot Box Detox, and why did you decide to partner with them?
VW: I was first introduced to the Hot Box Detox through Club Solutions Magazine last November. However, at that time they were only selling the units to existing Planet Beach franchises. I was thrilled when I saw the ad in January and they opened up the opportunity for independent club and studio owners to purchase them. I decided to partner with Hot Box Detox because adding hot yoga wasn’t feasible in my studio and this was the next best thing. We actually have found this is better than hot yoga.
CS: What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?
VW: Our sales have increased dramatically since adding the Hot Box Detox. We have also acquired a different set of members who are enjoying the benefits of the Hot Box Detox. These members are from local running groups and some from our competitors because we have this service to offer.
CS: What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?
VW: The best benefit to our members so far has been injury prevention and rehabilitation. Some have said that their normal aches and pains have dissipated since using the Hot Box Detox.
CS: Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with Hot Box Detox in any way?
VW: I have been extremely happy working with Hot Box Detox. The customer service has been impeccable with each and every one of my questions/concerns answered in a timely manner.
CS: What else can you tell other club owners about the benefits of working with Hot Box Detox?
VW: If you have the space than do it. The Hot Box Detox sells itself with little to almost no paid advertising.
