Best Fitness Goes Mobile with Netpulse

Best Fitness is always striving to do new and innovative things. According to David Dos Santos, the CEO of Best Fitness, recently that included launching an app via Netpulse. Here, he describes the benefits of the app, which included improving member referrals and retention, and serving as a way to incentivize members to workout.

CS: How were you introduced to Netpulse, and why did you decide to partner with them? 

DS: We started using Netpulse because we were an existing customer of Club Apps. We had been introduced to Kelly Sweeney at the time by ABC Financial because they knew how much we love to think outside the box. Best Fitness is always trying to do new and inventive things; an app just made sense.

CS: What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?

DS: Working with Netpulse has helped improve our member referrals, member retention and they have given us a way to incentivize our members to work for us. With technology ever-changing, it is imperative for businesses to adapt.  Having our own app has allowed us to tap into the member experience in a whole new way.

CS: What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?

DS: Since working with Netpulse our member engagement is better than it’s ever been. Our members are able to refer friends through the Best Fitness App and in turn get great rewards for it. Members can easily manage their account, enroll in classes, earn rewards, view class schedules and even create personal goals. Overall this has helped to make our member experience a great one.

CS: Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with Netpulse in any way?

DS: Yes, Netpulse is a great company with great ideas. They listen to their customers and are able to adapt. We have a great working relationship with Netpulse and are definitely happy customers.

CS: What else can you tell other club owners about the benefits of working with Netpulse?

DS: Netpulse really gets “it.” They are always coming up with new things to make our existing app better. Their support team is great with an impressive response time. Anyone that doesn’t currently have and app with Netpulse for their club is sorely missing out.
