Being in charge of a group of people can be stressful. If you are in any type of management role, you have felt it. Are they going to execute what you have taught and trained them to do? Moreover, do they have the common sense to be the employee you expect?

We at GHF ask, why do we do it that way? If they don’t know the why, we use it as a teachable moment. We let them know why we do that this way. I challenge you to inspect what you expect, every day.
