Retro Fitness has appointed Mike Rogers as the company’s first Chief Operations Officer. Previously, Rogers served at Starbucks as the director of license store operations.
According to Retro Fitness, as COO, Rogers will oversee the company’s ongoing operations and procedures, in addition to “enhancing business growth efforts in order to unleash disciplined innovation and encourage long-term stability.”

Mike Rogers is a strategic hire that will ensure we are producing real results. I know he will impact our future story immensely.”
Retro Fitness has more than 150 gyms open in 16 states. The fitness franchise opened 14 gyms and signed more than 20 new franchise agreements for new or emerging market development in 2016.
Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel restaurant management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
