Epsilon Helps this Franchisee Understand the Value of Marketing

Teresa Intravaia became a Retro Fitness franchisee because she was interested in fitness and desired to help people. However, she didn’t have any understanding of marketing. She had no personal knowledge of “targeted marketing” and had thought little about why she received certain offers in the mail each week.

That was until she partnered with Epsilon to help her better understand marketing and see greater ROI from her marketing efforts. “I truly appreciate the focus, time, energy and coaching I’ve received over the years from Epsilon,” said Intravaia. “I highly value the personal touch, and the willingness for those on the Epsilon team to pick up a phone and call, rather than just email.”

Intravaia began her relationship with Epsilon exclusively with direct mail and over the years has incorporated email marketing, targeted display advertising, and social media advertising into her media mix. She feels she receives positive results and now sees the value in her marketing spend.

“It’s through Epsilon’s nearly four-year relationship with us that I have grown to understand the science of marketing, the importance of media mix and the value of bringing all the elements together to grow my business,” continued Intravaia. “Over the years I’ve seen incredible quality in Epsilon’s work, especially observing what else is put out in the marketplace by others.”

However, what has really has surprised her is how eager Epsilon is in her continuous learning and the desire to coach her through her decisions. She further expressed how important direct mail has been throughout the years. At the same time, she has seen growth by incorporating those other elements into her overall strategy.

“I feel personally supported, and that the Epsilon team has spent time personally getting to know my needs particularly,” said Intravaia.
