Why did you decide to partner with and use Myobuddy?

JM: We were looking for a solution for helping our clients recover and rejuvenate, with a simple way for our trainers to administer. Myobuddy stood above the rest with how easy it is to use for our team and how great it feels from a client perspective.

How have you incorporated Myobuddy into your PT programming, and what have been the benefits of doing so?

JM: We have incorporated it into our one-on-one personal training appointments and it’s been received very well. We’ve seen client usage increase and more clients showing up to their nutrition checkpoint session — and we make the Myobuddy a solid focus in this appointment.  Clients appreciate the fact that we have something that can help them with their aches and pains.

How have you used Myobuddy for member appreciation days, and what has been the member response?

JM: When we’ve used Myobuddy for member appreciation days, we always get asked, “How can I get one?” We’ve sold numerous devices at the member appreciation days after clients get a taste of the product. Once they see how easy it is to administer themselves, they want one for at home use.

Why should other clubs consider implementing Myobuddy into their clubs?

JM: I think if you’re looking for that one thing in your training department that can help separate you from your competition, Myobuddy is a great solution for your team to incorporate. It’s very well received by clients, and easy for your team to administer and utilize.

How would you describe Myobuddy’s customer service/support?
