JL: Our club’s owner, Steve Goldman, has many connections. Someone who started working for Club Automation back in 2013 had a connection with Steve and reached out to us to consider the product.

JL: A web-based product was a direction we wanted to go — we wanted a software that could handle the many components of our business. Also, we needed a software that had a vision of mobile and app-based e-commerce.
