Here, Marshall Ray, the founder, personal trainer and nutrition coach at Faster Fitness, shares his very positive experience working with Myzone and how it has enhanced the club’s group fitness offerings:

How were you introduced to Myzone and why did you decide to partner with them?

MR: I was introduced to Myzone by the owner of Carter Fitness in Cincinnati. I decided to give it a try because I wanted our clients to get real-time feedback that would encourage them to give their best effort every workout and improve our client experience.

How has Myzone helped improve your fitness class offerings?

MR: Myzone has helped us improve our programming, leading to members getting faster results and making the program more fun. It helps gamify every workout and stand apart from other programs.

What do your members like about Myzone?

MR: Besides making every workout a fun challenge, it provides objective data that pushes them to give great effort. Our clients love the app, having monthly MEP goals and one or two team MEP challenges throughout the year. They really help us keep a tight community and increase everyone’s activity levels.

How would you describe Myzone’s customer support?

MR: Myzone has really good customer support. If we ever need anything, we reach out and get help almost immediately.
