Club OS has primarily solved the problem of not knowing what the lifecycle of our leads actually was. Previous to Club OS, we could not track contacts, easily have scripts that can be verified and inspected, and track sales rep productivity, nor could we easily transition leads from one sales rep to another when an employee moved on. Club OS has given us 100% visibility into our lead pool and sales team effectiveness.

What does your sales team like most about Club OS?

The ease of use. The Club OS email campaign tool is super convenient and easy to use. The only limit of list segmentation is our lack of detailed information about our prospects — however, we are now improving how we gather and use our information about our clients to deliver a more personalized message and the content they desire.

How would you describe Club OS’s customer support?

I partner exclusively with our key account manager, Kristen Coy, and I cannot say enough about her skills. Club OS has really improved in our five-year relationship in delivering on their customer satisfaction promise. Kristen understands we work at a frenetic pace at times and not all the things our clubs do have a great deal of lead time. She is an incredible advocate for Movati in Club OS, and she is constantly involving us in the new and upcoming things for her product.

Why should other club operators consider working with Club OS?

The ROI from Club OS is one incremental sale per month in our business model. We have looked at other solutions — however, we have not found any other software that can deliver the ease of use coupled with the service from their team for that price.
