Why Best Fitness Chose Club OS

Best Fitness, with several locations throughout New Hampshire, New York and Massachusetts, has been using Club OS since 2013. Andy Marino, the COO of Best Fitness, said they were looking for a customer relationship management (CRM) system that would give their team the visibility needed to create a great experience for our prospects and members.

“Club OS has also helped automate our personal training follow up,” said Marino. “Right from the time of sign up, based on triggers in our calendar, we can effectively book new members in for fitness consultation, increase the odds of them showing and manage their experience as a personal training client. We worked very closely with Club OS on building out the personal training follow up schedule and continue to power use it seven years later.”

Here, Marino shares why they love working with Club OS and why other facilities should consider partnering with them.

What does your sales team like most about Club OS?

Our team enjoys the organization Club OS brings to their day. The system will guide them through who to follow up with, when to follow up, what contact method to use and what script to use. Whether one of our personal trainers is looking to check in on a client or a sales representative is looking to reschedule a missed appointment, the system will have them covered.

As a business operator, what are your favorite features of the Club OS technology?

The visibility to important KPI’s. The role of a CRM system inside of a fitness center is to act as a tool to help your team communicate a consistent message to members and prospects; and tool for you to effectively make sure that is happening. Whether you are educating prospects on why they should join your facility or following up with members to ensure they are having a good experience at your club, Club OS provides you with the tools that allow this to happen effectively and more importantly give you access to important KPI’s so you can ensure this is happening. 

How would you describe Club OS’s customer support?

They have a team of qualified professionals that understand their clients’ needs and are very responsive. From the executive team to the support staff, the level of service is top notch.

Why should other club operators consider working with Club OS?

Club operators should look to partner with companies that will provide them with excellent customer service and intend to keep innovating their software system. As our industry continues to rapidly change, the tools we utilize to run our business need to adapt. Over the past 12 months, Club OS has released many features that improve the daily operations of a fitness center.
