2021 Club Solutions Leadership Summit: What to Expect

The 2021 Club Solutions Leadership Summit, in keeping with creating one-of-a-kind experiences, will take place May 25-27 at the five-star Broadmoor Resort in breathtaking Colorado Springs, Colorado, at the foot of the Rockies.
Only 25 health club owners and operators will come together with exclusive partners for two and a half days of socially-distanced roundtable discussions, networking and unbelievable excursions into national parks and the Rockies with Jeeps and ziplining. Connect with other operators safely, in-person, and make the most of 2021.
2021 Club Solutions Leadership Summit Roundtables:
This year’s roundtables will be moderated by industry veteran Blair McHaney, the CEO of MXM, and include:
- Forming Partnerships with the Medical Community: Making Exercise Essential
- Going Beyond the Brick-and-Mortar: Digital & Virtual Revenue Streams
- Improving the Industry’s Image: PR, Leadership & Communication Strategies
- Lessons Learned: Building a Crisis-Proof Organization
Networking and Experiences:
On Day 1, attendees and sponsors will network throughout the welcome reception and private dinner, and also experience a group bowling competition at PLAY onsite at the Broadmoor with open bar and continued networking.
On Day 2, in addition to roundtables on important industry topics, participants will take part in a private Jeep rally competition and Garden of the God’s tour. Open air Jeeps will meet the group at the Broadmoor and break up into teams to compete. A master guide will lead each Jeep through the Garden of God’s park, a national natural landmark, and the Cheyenne Mountainside, to compete against other Jeeps in varying tasks. Attendees will experience up-close waterfalls, railroad tunnels and stunning views.
Day 3, in addition to more roundtables, will feature ziplining and hiking. The group will be shuttled over to Seven Falls Park for an afternoon of adventure. Attendees will be able to pick between doing the Woods Zipline Course or the Fins Zipline Course — depending on their comfort level — with ziplining speeds of up to 55 miles per hour. Hiking will also be offered as an activity, with many trails throughout the park.
