Work, school, practice – you name it. All are things that attribute to our busy schedules and lifestyle. At the Newtown Athletic Club (NAC) in Newtown, Pennsylvania, we offer a wide variety of amenities and programming for all ages designed for keeping families active, social and in touch with a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle.

Our club includes:

  • Unlimited access to the most elite facilities and club amenities.
  • Unlimited boutique group studio classes with yoga, Pilates, cycling, HIIT, Zumba and more.
  • Integrated family approach with childcare, youth development programming and camps.

Below are some helpful tips and tricks for how we are successfully running our club childcare programs.

Kid’s Club Childcare

Kid’s Club childcare is available for ages six weeks and older. The program is open every day of the week on a reservation-based system. We entertain parents’ little ones while they can get things done and spend time focusing on themselves.

We also offer fitness classes for kids designed to welcome children ages one to 12. The classes welcome them to a fun and enriching environment to explore new and existing interests while parents can work out at the same time. It’s a win-win situation.

Classes for kids operate drop-in-style, and also with a reservation required via the NAC app. Drop-in classes are unlimited for our family memberships.

Summer Camp

To wrap around the school year, we offer our summertime programming. Camp NAC operates when school is out of season. Camp incorporates a wide variety of themes each day of the summer from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with extended hours available for campers ages three to 15. Based on the camper’s age, each camp is tailored to fit their specific interests and needs.

Through Camp NAC we also offer a School’s Out Program, when schools are off, for ages three to 12. Each camp day has a theme plus one hour of recreational swim in the NAC indoor pool. These camp days align with our local school districts.

All our kids programs are available to NAC family members and the general public. Our reservation-based system helps us properly staff our programs and eliminates wasted payroll.

Overall, our focus is keeping families active and encouraging them to be the healthiest and strongest versions of themselves. With a membership for everyone, they can continue their journey to living their healthiest life at NAC.

With over 40 years of experience in providing programs for each member of the family, we accommodate every state of their lives. Our motto is, let’s learn, grow and feel alive together.

Stay ahead in the fitness industry with exclusive updates!
