After a tough two years of COVID-19 restrictions, stress and limited activities, there’s no greater time than now to invest in your social wellness.
With that in mind, the 2022 Club Solutions Leadership Retreat is the greatest opportunity to reconnect with industry operators exclusively. The event will take place September 7-9 at the Ritz-Carlton in Rancho Mirage, California, and will bring together 60 club operators and limited sponsors. Together, the group will tackle educational roundtables, network and participate in fun group activities aimed at rejuvenating the fitness industry.
Roundtables
Blair McHaney, the CEO of MXMetrics, will moderate the following roundtable topics, which were carefully selected to tackle the most pressing topics facing gyms today:

Networking and Experiences
In between the roundtables, attendees and sponsors will participate in a number of activities and experiences aimed at fostering connection.
Kick-off the networking before the event even starts by participating in the morning Club Solutions Golf Scramble at the Indian Wells Golf Resort off-property. The 18-hole golf scramble will include breakfast, lunch and transportation to and from the resort (optional and additional fee to play).
The event then officially begins with the Welcome Reception sponsored by EGYM at 5:30 p.m. PT, where you’ll meet your fellow peers over relaxing cocktails. This is followed by a dinner party and an ice-breaker activity where attendees will channel their inner Hollywood. Groups will compete to create their own mini movie with dialogue, costume design and acting.
Additional activities through the three days include demo times to get to know the event sponsors, exclusive dinners, a private pool party and the Club Solutions Olympics, where the group will compete in teams during a series of both physical and mental challenges.
Investment
The cost to attend is $595 and includes all food and beverages (alcohol included) during event times, all activities and inclusion in five roundtables. Hotel rates are $169/night plus taxes and resort fees, offered two days pre-event and four days post-event, pending availability.
