A recap of the 2022 Club Solutions Leadership Summit, which took place May 12-14 at the five-star Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
If the past two years have taught us anything, it’s that nothing is more important than human connection. This applies to life and business, with opportunities to network oftentimes being the difference maker between making it through hard times, and not.
This is the beauty of the Club Solutions Leadership Summit, an annual event that brings together the top minds in fitness for three days of networking, roundtables and unique experiences. This year’s event took place May 12-14, 2022 at the five-star Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
“The ability to spend three days working with such formidable leaders through multiple problem-solving roundtables was invaluable,” said Miguel Rossy-Donovan, the chief financial officer of Chuze Fitness. “That, combined with so many opportunities to network and forge meaningful friendships, made this conference a must for me.”
During the event, education centered around four key roundtables led by Blair McHaney, the CEO of MXMetrics, surrounding the topics of:

- Get Staff Engaged in “Member Experience First”
- Develop and Retain Staff
- Optimize Marketing to Improve Brand Image
During the discussions, attendees and sponsors got granular on what it truly takes to operate a thriving business and culture that creates raving fans among both staff and members — no matter what marketplace environment you’re in.
Of course, some fun was thrown into the mix during the event, with participants taking part in a wine pairings tasting led by the Breakers’ Master Sommelier, a private yacht excursion on the Intercoastal Waterway, and Fun in the Sun Activity complete with private bungalows, paddleboarding and more.
