Instinctive Insights has added to its leadership team with the appointment of Bob Surface as chief revenue officer. Surface comes to Instinctive Insights from his most recent role as SVP of Club Solutions Mastermind Division, where he assembled and facilitated mastermind groups of fitness facility owners and executives. He is highly respected in the health and fitness space with years of experience working with industry executives across North America and owning and operating fitness facilities.
At Instinctive Insights, Surface is working with the team to provide profit-driven marketing services to the fitness industry.

In his personal time, Bob is an avid fitness enthusiast who has worked out throughout his adult life. He is also a self-proclaimed “biohacker” who is fascinated with the science of optimizing health and wellness.
