SportsArt Delivers Quality Service to Pink Gym

Nicki Lisenbey, the owner and personal trainer at Pink Gym in Sheridan, Arkansas, knows firsthand that equipment can make or break member experience at your fitness facility.

In the past, Lisenbey was having issues with the cardio equipment she had at the time. Not only was the equipment unreliable, but the provider’s customer service was also not hitting the mark.

Left with unanswered emails and phone calls and equipment that didn’t work, Lisenbey knew she needed an equipment provider who could go above and beyond. This led her to SportsArt.

Here, she shares why she enjoys working with them, how their equipment enhances their fitness offerings and why other owners should work with them.

Why did you decide to partner with SportsArt — what problem were you looking to solve; or what solution were you looking to incorporate?

We want to pride ourselves with a great gym that meets the need of our clients. That is a difficult task to achieve when equipment doesn’t work, and the service department will not return phone calls. After encountering our SportsArt rep, I was sold on the equipment and the guarantee I was given for quality service. 

How has SportsArt helped enhance your fitness offerings?

I now have equipment that is dependable and reliable. When our clients come into the gym, they know there will be working equipment. Not only is the equipment dependable, but the quality is also top notch. 

What do your members like about SportsArt?

Our members love the equipment always performs well. It’s smooth with state of the art technology capabilities that go above and beyond. 

How would you describe SportsArt customer service?

Top notch. Best of the best. My SportsArt team is always available when I need them.  

Why should other club operators consider working with SportsArt?

As I stated earlier, poor working or non-working equipment can be a poor reflection on your gym. As an owner I try hard to keep things running at its best, so I need to know when things break and are out of my control, I have a team who will take care of things quickly and efficiently. That is exactly the case with SportsArt.
