SportsArt: The Go-to Equipment Choice

The owner and trainer of Super Fit shares why SportsArt has been his go-to equipment partner for nearly 20 years.

Jeff Turner, the owner of Super Fit — a group training facility and 24-hour open gym — has an enormous passion and dedication to fitness, health and strength. He strives every day to bring the best out of every member.

But with 46 years of exercise/workout experience, he knows you can’t help members achieve goals with subpar equipment. This is why he partnered with SportsArt. Here, Turner shares on their customer service, why his members love the equipment and more.

Why did you decide to partner with SportsArt? What problem were you looking to solve or what solution were you looking to incorporate?

SportsArt is one of the best values in commercial exercise equipment. I knew this from selling their equipment at the retail level for years. When I decided to open Super Fit, it was an automatic and easy choice that they were going to be my ‘go-to’ equipment. They have been instrumental in the success of Super Fit since the beginning. What’s more impressive, the equipment I purchased in 2003 is still being used today and is in great shape 19 years later.

How has SportsArt helped enhance your fitness offerings?

SportsArt equipment is bullet-proof, especially the climbers, upright bikes and recumbents. Furthermore, I have had several SportsArt commercial treadmills for at least 12 years and the only maintenance I have ever performed is an occasional replacement of a walking belt or deck, and lubrication periodically — all normal wear and tear.

What do your members love most about SportsArt’s equipment?

The ergonomics, smoothness, quietness and the low impact the treadmills provide runners. What they really like in SportsArt cardio equipment is the durability and how it’s never broken down.

How would you rate SportsArt’s customer service and support?

Their customer service has always been excellent. Five stars for sure. In 19 years, I have never had a single complaint.
