Club Automation Exceeds Midway Motion and Fitness’ Expectations

When looking for a new software company, one of the priorities for Richard Garrett, the owner of Midway Motion and Fitness, was efficient and caring customer support. They found these qualities and more when they started working with Club Automation. Along with helpful and professional customer support, they’ve also seen other significant improvements in online membership because of the club’s new app thanks to Club Automation.

“Club Automation solved our problems through their incredibly thorough onboarding training with a team of professionals who worked to get everything right the first time,” said Garrett. “The building and integration of our app was seamless as the functionality of selling memberships online. We were surprised to find how easy it was to get their door hardware installed and with the app. Key cards are no longer needed.”

Below Garrett shares more on their partnership, how Club Automation has exceeded all expectations and why other operators should consider working with them.

What features of Club Automation’s software have provided the most benefits to your business? 

The app and the ability to sell memberships online have been the best. Many people prefer to do business on a secure portal and don’t really want to stand in line at a desk to complete a membership application. This is an up-to-date system that has all the bells and whistles and is a few dollars cheaper a month than what we were paying. Club Automation helps us to meet the expectations of our potential clients. 

Why is it so important to have such a reliable software partner?

The software system and the business behind it is an extension of our business and of us as professionals. We wanted a partner who shared our values and who was dedicated to what we call extreme customer service. Club Automation is that partner. We are three months out from our go-live date, and we remain as satisfied as we were on Day One.

Has your experience with Club Automation exceeded your expectations in any way?

Our expectations have been met and exceeded time and time again. We were intimidated at first by the 12-week onboarding plan. In retrospect, it’s exactly what we needed to understand and manage our club’s business. We have little need for the technical support now. The training team was positive, engaging, prepared and thorough.  We looked forward to our calls and enjoyed the personalized attention.
