Nate Welch is a seasoned leader within Cross Gates Family Fitness, having previously served as VP of operations. His career at Cross Gates has been marked by a profound dedication to its members and a strategic vision for the health and fitness industry. His transition from the finance sector to the fitness world over a decade ago was driven by a passion for fostering long-term health and happiness within the community. This passion has been evident in his successful leadership across various departments and his instrumental role in the company’s growth, including the acquisition of new facilities.
