The 2025 Club Solutions Leadership Retreat offers the perfect opportunity to escape from day-to-day responsibilities and gain actionable insights from peers and industry experts.
This year’s Retreat will be held September 9-11, 2025, at The Chateaux Deer Valley in scenic Park City, Utah, just outside the town’s historic downtown. Designed for 60 health club operators — including VPs, general managers, franchisees, directors and other key leaders — this event provides invaluable professional development tailored to those deeply involved in day-to-day club operations.
What to Expect
The Retreat kicks off with a welcome reception, dinner and a Bordeaux Blender competition — a team-based experience where attendees unleash their inner sommelier and creative spirit by crafting wine labels, taglines and more. Throughout the event, attendees will participate in five interactive roundtables designed to tackle the industry’s most pressing topics, while also enjoying daily networking breakfasts and lunches.
Demo times will give attendees a chance to explore products and services from sponsors in a hands-on environment. Midway through the experience, guests can choose to take part in a group hike on scenic mountain trails or relax and enjoy the resort’s peaceful surroundings. The Retreat wraps with a Sponsor Social and celebratory dinner, giving operators a final chance to connect, reflect and recharge before heading back to their clubs.
