What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?
I think the team would echo the sentiment that ClubReady is as willing as they can be to help us achieve our objectives. They will do a lot of unique things just for us and I think our team is appreciative of that. ClubReady’s commitment to growing their own organization and growing with specific client needs has been very good.
What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?
ClubReady is launching the new app, which we were impressed with. They’re trying to introduce new capabilities, and the app is important because there’s all the daily usage on that – booking classes, checking in or managing your account. ClubReady has really invested in systems and people.
Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with ClubReady in any way?
As our business grows, ClubReady has grown. They’ve increasingly tried to bring on new people, new systems, new operating procedures – they’ve accelerated. They’ve introduced us to different people on the team who can help us achieve our objectives. We brought in somebody to help us really do our business intelligence and analysis, and ClubReady were exceptionally good partners on that. They put key people on our account. They keep giving us more resources at a higher level. There’s always some hiccups along the way – but when it’s been something that ClubReady had to address or an issue on their end, they would take full ownership of it and did anything they needed to do to correct it.
What else can you tell other club owners about the benefits of working with ClubReady?
We’re very passionate about being good at what we do. What’s very rewarding is ClubReady will meet the team where they are, and they don’t say, ‘Well, we don’t do that.’ They say, ‘How can we help enable what your needs are?’ They’ve been very good partners with that.
