Keepme, a fast-growing provider of agentic AI solutions for the fitness industry, has appointed Steffie Bryant as president, effective January 1, 2026. The leadership move comes as fitness operators worldwide increasingly turn to AI-driven tools to modernize lead management and scale member acquisition.
Bryant’s appointment reflects both Keepme’s recent momentum and its next phase of growth as demand rises for always-on, automated engagement across digital channels. In her new role, she will take responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on execution, scalability and delivering measurable growth outcomes for fitness brands.
Bryant joined Keepme two years ago as chief of staff during a period of rapid adoption of AI agents and smart automation across the fitness sector. Since then, she has played a central role in scaling the business. Last year, she was promoted to chief operating officer and appointed to the company’s board of directors, overseeing core functions including sales, marketing, engineering and customer support.
As president, Bryant will build on that foundation while guiding operational strategy as Keepme continues expanding its footprint with multi-site operators across global markets.
“Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of watching Steffie drive this business forward through relentless execution, professionalism, and a genuine passion for both our mission and the industry we serve,” said Ian Mullane, founder and CEO of Keepme, in a statement. “Through her performance in the business and her contribution as a board member, we have no doubt she is the right leader for what comes next.”
Mullane will remain in his role as CEO, where he will continue to focus on long-term vision, strategy and product direction, as well as strategic partnerships and external growth opportunities.
For Bryant, the move formalizes a leadership progression that has been underway since she joined the company.
“I’m thrilled to step into the role of president at Keepme and lead our exceptional team as we continue pioneering the future of agentic platforms,” Bryant said in a statement. “We have a clear vision and strategic roadmap that positions us at the forefront of innovation. I’m really looking forward to building on Keepme’s strong foundation and accelerating our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine what’s possible in autonomous agent technology in the fitness sector.”
As competition intensifies and consumer expectations rise, fitness operators are increasingly seeking tools that can automate daily taks at scale. Keepme has positioned itself at the center of that shift, offering AI agents designed to handle prospect conversations, follow-ups and conversions across multiple digital channels.
With Bryant overseeing execution and Mullane focused on long-term strategy, Keepme is aiming to accelerate adoption of agentic AI across the fitness industry as operators look for more efficient, automated ways to drive growth in an increasingly digital marketplace.
