Onelife Fitness announced major renovations of its Rockville, Maryland flagship location and its Stafford, Virginia, location. Both investments will introduce two high-demand modalities: HYROX Training and Strike Boxing. These coached-training programs reflect the latest trends in functional fitness, combat-inspired conditioning, and exciting new fitness options in the Rockville and Stafford areas.

Rockville
Onelife Fitness is investing $2 million in the 63,000 square foot location, providing members with an array of new premium equipment, upgrades, programs and spaces.
Additional upgrades at Onelife Fitness Rockville offer amenities for every fitness journey:
- Recovery studio featuring HydroMassage, red light therapy and Normatec compression therapy.
- Enhanced free weight floor on the second level with new equipment and layout improvements.
- Expanded Turf Training Space for functional workouts.
- Upgraded boutique studios including group fitness, mind and body and cycle.
Stafford
The $2.5 million renovations at Onelife Fitness Stafford club will include:
- Dedicated studio for Strike Boxing
- Recovery studio with HydroMassage, red light therapy, percussion therapy and compression therapy.
- Upgraded group fitness, mind and body and cycle studios.
- Expanded turf training spacefor functional workouts.
- Renovatedfree weight floorwith new equipment and layout improvements.
Onelife Fitness currently operates 32 locations in the DMV and recently announced two more clubs coming soon to Ashburn and Mosaic District.
