CS: How were you introduced to Jonas Fitness and why did you decide to go with their CMS for your club?
JD: I was introduced to Club Manager, which is now Compete, over 14 years ago when I first started working for Power Wellness Management, LLC. JD: The UI (user interface), security, reporting and Compete “On the Go” (COG) are my favorite features. Compete “On the Go” is an excellent mobile membership sales solution that allows our sales teams to conduct enrollments from virtually any location. The UI is simple to use and understand. This allows us to quickly train new employees and increase their comfort level when using Compete. This gives us more time to focus on the members and helps our employees learn the system quickly. The security components are easy to manage, setup and maintain. The reporting features are great. The base reporting in Compete is extensive and the ad hoc feature easily reports on almost anything in Compete.

CS: How would you describe Jonas Fitness’ customer service and support?
JD: I believe my entire team would agree that Jonas Fitness’ customer service and support rocks. When we call with questions or concerns, we get answers. From hardware components to the payment system, the team at Jonas Fitness has us covered. We also use the customer support portal which gives the team access to on-demand training and an extensive reserve of informational materials about the product.
