CS: How were you introduced to Balanced Habits and why did you decide to partner with them?
RV: Our club was doing research on what program would be the best fit for our members. Our previous program had changed direction and was no longer the best solution for our members. We are always looking for ways to create clubs within our club. People want to belong! RV: Our partnership with Balanced Habits has allowed us to confidently work with our members. When you are following the system, the guesswork is gone. Each program allows the right combination of individual coaching and self-discovery for our members. We appreciate that exercise is promoted and that our members are able to eat real foods. This is not a supplement gimmick, but a true educational experience. Our members are learning to take control of their life.
Financially, we are adding to our bottom line. Each facility is allowed the freedom to price the programs for their facility. CS: In what other ways has the Balanced Habits program allowed you to serve your members?
RV: Balanced Habits has provided us the opportunity to deliver an educational, personalized, results-driven program to our members. Our members often leave their coaching sessions thanking their coach for the education. Our members are receiving a program that has been developed for them specifically. We are able to deliver a personalized experience and work with our members’ limitations, lifestyle considerations and health concerns.
CS: What are some tips you can share for how to successfully implement the Balanced Habits program?
RV: Follow the training systems provided by BH. They are the experts. You are looking for a solution for a reason. Don’t try to use bits of the training. Appoint a lead staff person to attend all the conference calls and trainings. The team at Balanced Habits Corporate are available and willing to help you be successful. They are an amazing team!
