How TRX Studio Line Helped Desoto Athletic Club Activate Multiple Spaces

CS: Why did you decide to partner with TRX?

We have used their studio line to redefine our training areas, their storage solutions to maximize our floor space, and backfilled our training areas with TRX-branded accessories — which gives us an overall consistent feel and flow to our training space.

CS: What advice would you give to other club operators on how to implement TRX Studio Line successfully?   

DC: As with any new product or program, the best advice I would give would be to have enough space to fully take advantage of TRX’s full range of products and program offerings.

CS: What other benefits have you received through TRX Studio Line and offering TRX-branded accessories?

DC: The TRX brand is very recognizable by our member base, as well as the personal training world, which helps with staff recruitment and the like. CS: How would you describe TRX’s customer service in helping you be successful with their products?

DC: As I stated earlier, when you do business with quality people, customer service is rarely an issue simply because they want to do the right thing by their customers. My experience with TRX has been nothing but extraordinary from the delivery of equipment, to their ongoing education platform that allows our fitness coaches to successful implement their programming and the use of their products.
