Free-standing mobile workout training bags are the easiest and most practical tools to help burn calories. Here are several options to help your clients perform to their maximum potential on the road to fitness greatness.
The first training bag is the ProForce® Master Reactor free-standing bag, which is engineered for a consistently rapid striking with hands and/or feet to build cardio and muscular stamina. This is not a power strike workout, but instead an endurance builder.
The Target Master features 4 adjustable 19″ long paddles for multi-angle strikes. Reinforced with steel flexible spring coils, the Target Master springs to life after every strike. With a plastic base measuring 24″ in diameter and an overall height of 60″, the Target Master is perfect for training. Fill the base with sand or water to keep it weighed down for secure striking. Approximately 130 lbs. total when base is filled.
The second new bag is the ProForce (R0 Target Master) designed with four adjustable target paddles that allows one to punch and kick simultaneously to help increase balance abilities, as well as strengthening hips, thighs, knees, calves, ankles, and feet while toning the entire body. The target paddles also include spring-loaded mechanisms providing an optimal attack zone.
The Master Reactor Free Standing Bag features a reinforced synthetic shell on the outside and on the inside, a compressed foam cushion measuring at 12″ diameter and 24″ tall. It has a plastic base measuring 24″ in diameter and 10″ tall, which can be filled with water or sand to secure it on the ground. Approximately 130 lbs. when base is filled. With multiple adjustable heights at 60, 64, and 67 inches this bag is great for all sizes and all types of kicks and punches.
The third and fourth bags are the ProForce Tower free standing heavyweight bag and the ProForce® Tall Tower free standing heavy weight bag. These bags are designed for power workouts, allowing the individual to go full force with punching and kicking. This training allows for extreme, full force high energy cardio impact, also improving muscular physique.
The Tower Bag is a compressed foam cushion tower with a 15″ diameter and an overall height of 57″. Featuring a reinforced synthetic shell and a plastic base that can be filled with water or sand. The base measures at 28″ diameter and 10″ tall. Approximately 140 lbs. when filled. Flexible rubber base clamps offers less movement when striking. Some assembly required. Not for outdoor use.
The Tall Tower Bag is a compressed foam cushion tower with a 16″ diameter and an overall height of 62″. Featuring a reinforced synthetic shell and a plastic base that can be filled with water or sand. The base measures at 33″ diameter and 14″ tall. Approximately 300 lbs. when base is filled. Flexible rubber base clamps offers less movement when striking.
