How were you introduced to Jonas Fitness and why did you decide to partner with them?

Jonas Fitness was identified via a thorough search of CMS providers as part of an in-depth request for information (RFI)/request for proposal (RFP) process Woodside went through in order to select the best partner for our unique business needs. The high-level detail of their response to our RFP, the professionalism of their sales presentation, the obvious passion of their team, and the software system itself made Jonas Fitness the obvious choice for Woodside.

How has Jonas Fitness helped your club improve its daily operations?

Jonas Fitness elevated our member and employee experience by allowing us to transition away from many inefficient, manual operational processes. Through the Empower M.E. (EME) online portal, members can enroll and un-enroll for group fitness classes, view their detailed statement and pay their balance, view their visit history (check-ins), and update personal profile and account information. Because of these and other system capabilities — and greater efficiencies — my staff is more readily available to assist with additional and extra needs of our members, which of course, also continues to level up the member experience.

Why is it so important to have a great CMS partner like Jonas Fitness?

Given the complexity of our business, an extensive CMS is critical to linking many important employee and member-facing elements. A very strong CMS with a solid back end data infrastructure enables us to have access to, and have confidence in, the most accurate financial data and most detailed member data we need in order for us to make sound business decisions.

How would you describe Jonas Fitness’s customer service?

Excellent! From our client success manager to client specialist to our MBS billing specialist, our entire Jonas Fitness support team is knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. They work quickly to address short-term pressing issues, and are genuinely interested in listening to ideas on how to enhance the system in the future from the client perspective. It is clear the team at Jonas Fitness is a group of passionate individuals who care greatly about their clients and want to deliver an unparalleled experience.
