Evolt 360, the health monitoring technology company that is home to the world’s most sophisticated medically graded body scanner, has introduced a raft of new features to its body scanning devices as it clocks 1 million scans with members of Anytime Fitness.
Evolt is currently launching an improved app and new SMS feature for their insights dashboard to help gym owners utilize their clients data through engaging members, lowering customer churn and producing additional revenue streams. These features come with a fresh, new look and an abundance of new content in the Evolt Active App to enhance the user journey with goal setting and body composition progression.
The Australian-founded business has further enhanced its body scanner with an enhanced multilingual feature to accommodate their growing footprint in 41 countries. The U.S. continues to be the companies largest market with their U.S. headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina.
The fitness technology leader is also seeing growth in user participation globally with Anytime Fitness confirming that its members had achieved nearly 1 million scans in 2022.
The company stated, “Nearly 1 million Evolt 360 body scans were done in 2022 by Anytime Fitness members worldwide, giving them a unique Bio Wellness Index (BWI) score. A scale or tape alone doesn’t show the complete picture — a BWI score is a better way to track progress on the health and wellness journey.”
This follows on from the recent release of The Self Esteem Brands report that found 97% of Anytime Fitness members who combined three training components with at least four Evolt 360 body scans within a six-month period reported feeling an overall improvement in their personal health.
Ed Zouroudis, the CEO of Evolt, said the increased integration of Evolt 360 body scans into regular training routines was a sign that gym-goers were serious about using technology to improve their health.
“To our team, this data reinforces the value of measurements such as our Body Wellness Index (BWI) in driving sustainable wellness journeys,” said Zouroudis. “We have been overwhelmed with global interest and are expecting to launch in Japan, Indonesia, India and Europe in the near future. These global markets represent a huge market opportunity for Evolt 360.”
In October 2022, Evolt raised 12 million Australian dollars to meet the company’s strong order pipeline with leading funds Regal Funds Management, Washington Soul Pattinson and Smarter Capital. The company saw revenue more than double in the 2022 fiscal year and is expecting 2023 to continue with strong growth from the existing client base alone.
